We charge a monthly retainer. At the start of our engagement, we want you to commit to the first three months, as we find this to be a reasonable time period to assess whether campaigns will be successful or not. After that, there is no long-term commitment or lock-in. Our goal is to win your business every month by providing a service you're happy to keep paying for.

Once your contract is signed, expect a two-week setup period before your campaign goes live. During this initial phase, we focus on establishing your email foundation—creating secondary domains, setting up mailboxes, and conducting proper warm-up procedures. Simultaneously, we're developing your targeted lead lists and crafting your email (and/or LinkedIn) messaging sequences. This comprehensive preparation typically requires 14 days, meaning your first outreach messages will begin connecting with potential clients by the third week of our partnership.

We never utilize your primary domain for outreach communications—and if you're currently doing this, we strongly recommend stopping immediately, as it can severely damage your overall domain reputation. Instead, our approach involves creating secondary domains that redirect to yours, along with dedicated mailboxes for sending campaigns. This separation ensures your main domain reputation remains completely protected regardless of campaign performance. By leveraging multiple different domains, we can safely scale your sending volume without compromising deliverability or risking spam filters.

You'll have complete visibility throughout the entire process. Before any communications are sent, we'll share our message drafts with you for thorough review and approval. We commit to never sending anything you haven't explicitly signed off on. Similarly, you'll receive the complete prospect lists before any outreach begins. If our targeting approach doesn't align with your expectations, we'll gladly refine our criteria and rebuild the lead lists to ensure they perfectly match your requirements.

Access your dedicated client portal for real-time insights on prospects contacted, email delivery, open rates, and responses. We track conversion ratios and contact-to-lead performance to measure success. Advanced analytics help identify top-performing segments for ongoing campaign optimization.
