This Billing Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use of elevasionX ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and governs the billing terms related to your access and use of our services. In case of any conflict between this Billing Policy and our Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail.
By agreeing to the service proposal or Statement of Work ("SOW") and initiating services with elevasionX, you acknowledge and accept the payment terms outlined in the agreement. Payments are due every 2 weeks or 30 days during the duration of the agreed service term. All pricing is listed in USD ($), and unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable.
Payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) maintained on file in your account. We do not accept payments via cash or cheques at this time. You are responsible for keeping your payment method and contact details up to date.
elevasionX clients are billed on a contract basis. Charges include:
Monthly billing occurs on the last calendar day of each month. If a payment fails, a grace period of 15 days is provided to update payment details. After 15 days, we reserve the right to suspend or deactivate the service account.
We also reserve the right to bill periodically in advance, as per the service arrangement.
Services are offered on a month-to-month basis. If you wish to cancel, you must notify your designated Client Success Manager via email or phone. All payments due up to the cancellation date, including fees for leads generated during the active billing cycle, will remain payable.
If you wish to pause your account, you may request a temporary hold. A paused account incurs a holding fee of $500/month to retain service continuity, access, and data.
To dispute a charge, you must contact us at accounts@elevasionx.com within 30 days of the billing date. Do not initiate a chargeback before allowing us the opportunity to address your concern. Initiating a chargeback without this step may lead to:
